




Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to strengthen our integrity culture, coordinate the team, manage the Whistleblowing Channel, and develop corporate policies. In this role, you will play a strategic part in the Integrity Program, directly coordinating the team, managing the Whistleblowing Channel and due diligence processes, developing corporate policies, and promoting ethical culture. We seek someone with a strong ethical sense, autonomy, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and enhance the Compliance Program, ensuring its effectiveness and adherence to internal and external regulations; * Manage the Corporate Compliance team; * Oversee the Whistleblowing Channel, participate in committees, ensure appropriate handling, deadlines, recordkeeping, and executive reporting; * Monitor third-party, partner, and supplier due diligence processes; * Monitor internal controls and Integrity Program indicators; * Plan and deliver in-person and online training to promote ethical culture; * Develop, review, and implement corporate policies, standards, and procedures; * Provide support to business areas on compliance-related topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk Management; * Solid knowledge of: * Whistleblowing Channels and internal investigations; * Due Diligence; * Experience coordinating projects or teams; English and Spanish proficiency will be considered a plus. * Behavioral Competencies: * Strong ethical awareness and accountability; * Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and assertively; * Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset; * Autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills; * Ability to handle sensitive topics and make impartial decisions; * Capacity to influence and engage diverse audiences in fostering an integrity culture. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is March 11\.** **Work Format: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)** **Work Location: POA\- RS** What excites you?
