Visit: https://www.glassdoor.com.br/Vis%C3%A3o\-geral/Trabalhar\-na\-Machado\-Meyer\-EI\_IE1636842\.13,26\.htm **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the company’s demand management system for service provider registration (accreditation). * Conduct the company’s accreditation as a service provider with existing and new clients. * Collect necessary information, documents, and signatures required for accreditation. * Interact with external and internal clients regarding accreditation demands. * Analyze the system to identify potential data inconsistencies and propose improvements. * Prepare accreditation activity reports for presentation to management. * Support the development, implementation, and validity monitoring of Compliance policies, standards, and training programs. * Analyze policy and standard compliance data and reports to identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities. * Support Compliance Department routines, analyze data, and propose process improvements for both Compliance and accreditation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration. * Knowledge of Compliance methodologies. * Experience in registration, Compliance, audits, integrity programs, third-party registration, and due diligence. * Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal English proficiency (preferred). * Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing. * Capacity to analyze data, identify problems, and investigate root causes of inconsistencies. * Proactivity. * Organizational skills, time management, sense of urgency, and attention to detail for accurate document and information verification and validation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Openness to new challenges and interest in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** * Childcare Assistance. * Gympass. * Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Insurance Plan. * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR). * Life Insurance. * Meal Voucher. * Transportation Voucher.
