We are seeking a professional to support our active legal department; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interaction with operational partners: monitoring received and submitted requests, direct contact and coordination with legal advisory services, tracking periodic follow-ups on submitted requests; * Prepare, maintain, and execute operational and managerial reports and analyses: expense reimbursement approval, validation of data sources and system updates; * Monitoring and responding to requests from/to the assignor, reviewing documentation, reviewing draft documents and other simple petitions; * Reviewing and monitoring publications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with and experience in Civil Law is desirable. * Strong writing and verbal communication skills. * Prior experience in Paralegal, Legal Controller, or Monitoring roles will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Remuneration: R$1\.704,24 * Performance Bonus: up to 6 salaries per year; * Bradesco Health Plan – 100% covered for the employee; * Bradesco Dental Plan – optional; * Meal/food allowance of R$57.00/day via Caju Flexible Card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance – choose the most convenient commuting option, with no payroll deduction; * TotalPass – access to gyms, studios, and wellness centers at exclusive discounts; * Remote Work Assistance; * Birthday Day Off; * Structured Career Plan – real growth and development opportunities; * Hybrid Work Model; * Location: São Bento I, São Paulo/SP.
