**About the opportunity:** As a Fiscal Assistant at **BHub**, you will be responsible for supporting the team of fiscal analysts in their daily operational activities, bringing agility to delivery workflows in order to increase efficiency while maintaining service quality. **Key responsibilities:** * Perform fiscal bookkeeping, verification and classification of received invoices, calculation of taxes, and preparation of municipal, state, and federal ancillary obligations under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real regimes, for clients engaged in service provision and commerce; * Carry out the monthly closing process; * Possess solid knowledge of all tax calculation regimes; * Prior experience handling commerce and service operations; * Incident management: Document and report incidents to the analyst responsible for the respective client portfolio; * Interact with internal departments through official communication channels, using clear and concise written language; * Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with other departments and work integrally with the team. **Requirements for the role:** * Previous experience in accounting firms, BPOs, or fiscal departments; * Knowledge of fiscal routines including tax calculations and submission of declarations; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); * Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately two days per week on-site at our **São Paulo/SP** unit). **Nice-to-have:** Experience with the Domínio system. **Some of our benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher (Flash card); * Remote work allowance (Flash card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher (2% payroll deduction); * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Want to learn more about BHub?** We are an operational processing company that combines **technology and specialists** to handle accounting, financial, and administrative functions for businesses.
