As a **Sales Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Making proactive outbound calls for prospecting and quotation follow-up. * Monitoring order status and providing feedback to customers. * Supporting sales representatives in preparing and sending quotations. * Updating the system with records of customer interactions. * Conducting internal research to understand products and their applications. * Participating in technical and commercial training sessions provided by the company. * Assisting with after-sales support and monitoring customer satisfaction. * Collaborating closely with the store and warehouse teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
