Management of deadlines, legal proceedings, and legal documents Senior Attorney – Civil Law / Contracts / Bidding We are looking for a Senior Attorney to join our team, working in civil, contractual, bidding, and administrative law areas. If you possess an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, strong organizational abilities, and prefer a strategic approach to work, this opportunity is for you! ? Key Responsibilities: Handling civil law matters. Drafting, analysis, and revision of contracts. Monitoring and participation in bidding procedures. Providing legal support for administrative matters. Issuing legal opinions and supporting internal departments. Management of deadlines, legal proceedings, and legal documents. ? Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Law. Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration. Prior experience as a Senior Attorney. Experience in civil law, contracts, and bidding. Knowledge of administrative legal routines. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and strategic vision. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with corporate legal departments.
