Administrative Leasing Analyst Position Description
Responsible for end-to-end management of leasing, purchase, and sales contracts—from negotiation through formalization—as well as fleet control and monitoring, ensuring process organization and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for end-to-end management of leasing, purchase, and sales contracts—from negotiation through formalization—as well as fleet control and monitoring, ensuring process organization and compliance.
* Responsibilities
* Conduct contract analysis, verification, and management to ensure legal compliance, document organization, and smooth commercial processes;
* Perform comprehensive fleet control, monitoring traffic fines, IPVA (state vehicle tax), vehicle transfers, and regularization of leased vehicles.
* Execute customer documentation and contract analysis, ensuring validation, authenticity, and adherence to internal standards.
* Collaborate across multiple departments to support contract renegotiations, contractual validations, and leasing-related financial processes.
* Monitor liens, license plates, files, and regulatory authority inquiries to ensure organization, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or Law;
* Experience in contract management (leasing, purchase, and sales)
* Experience in fleet vehicle control (documentation, traffic fines, IPVA, transfers)
* Knowledge of document analysis and contract verification
* Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel)
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
* Strong communication skills for interaction with Commercial, Legal, and Finance departments
