All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify and validate automatic transactions (OCR, TAG, etc.) * Handle simple inconsistencies * Monitor transaction queues and volumes * Perform operational adjustments and record incidents * Escalate cases that cannot be resolved automatically to supervision **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Office suite proficiency is a plus); * Familiarity with operating systems * Strong attention to detail and concentration * Ability to work with high volumes of data **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know—we offer those too.
