Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new functionalities and forms in ServiceNow, following best practices for UI policy creation, service catalog, ACLs, business rules, workflows, and notifications; * Provide support for simple fixes or improvements arising in the Employee Portal; * Develop automations and integrations with other platforms, based on processes built in ServiceNow; \- Implement automated tests in the tool; \- Document changes made across instances. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with ServiceNow development (App Engine); * Knowledge of JavaScript; * Ability to work independently on projects and development; * Experience leading projects through analysis and problem-solving; * Ability to identify gaps (GAPs) in architecture and development processes; * Proactivity in proposing creative solutions to processes, adhering to platform best practices and considering fundamental principles of optimal performance, scalability, security, availability, and reliability of services; * Experience with Agile methodologies.
