Interpret technical drawings, ensure part quality, maintain workplace organization and safety, and support the team as needed. Required Knowledge: MIG/TIG welding, reading technical drawings, metal cutting and assembly. Education: High school diploma (vocational training is a plus). Skills: Organization, precision, teamwork, attention to detail. Attitudes: Responsibility, proactivity, care for materials and PPE. Competitive market-based salary. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00.
