Job Summary: Professional to provide support and development for Totvs Datasul ERP, manage requests, propose solutions, and train users. Key Highlights: 1. Propose solutions for business areas and implement them **Location:** Americana, SP **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:13 PM **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Meal allowance + Transportation (Americana and Santa Barbara) + On-site meals + Medical assistance + Dental assistance + Profit-sharing program (PLR) + Hybrid work model **Main Responsibilities:** - Provide support and possess development expertise in Totvs Datasul ERP, MES systems, and other related systems; - Manage departmental requests and oversee solution provider companies, controlling releases, testing, and corrections; - Propose solutions for business areas and implement them; - Document system processes, workflows, and functionalities; - Provide technical support and user training. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; - Prior experience in systems analysis and development. - Knowledge of: Totvs Datasul ERP; PC Factory (WEG); Automotive industry business processes; Progress / C# programming languages. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Intermediate English speaking ability.
