Management and resolution of functional and technical incidents An Information Technology Services company is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst in Barueri. K2 Partnering Solutions is a company specializing in recruitment and talent consulting within the information technology sector. It connects qualified professionals with companies seeking expertise in digital and IT solutions. **Responsibilities:** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Asset Management applications, including triage, escalation, and incident resolution. Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues reported by end users or identified by monitoring systems. Ensure proper logging, tracking, and management of incidents using ITSM tools. Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Participate in on\-call rotations and support service health management during critical incidents. Collaborate with development teams to ensure minimum quality standards are met during system construction phases. Maintain and ensure compliance of monitoring and observability platforms. Coordinate with development teams on incident escalation processes, bug reporting, and definition of long-term solutions. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Senior Systems Analyst, IT Support Consultant, or Application Support Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
