Let’s build together the best health community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the Nursing Technicians team. * Conduct training for continuous improvement. * Provide team support. * Ensure compliance with administrative activities of the department, related to ongoing treatments and staffing. * Ensure prompt response to complications through appropriate nursing procedures for each situation and by supporting the on-duty physician’s actions, aiming to resolve complications and minimize patient harm. * Monitor water flow used in hemodialysis procedures at hospitals by tracking its biochemical/bacteriological conditions and analyzing potential issues, aiming to maintain safety standards regarding water quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with valid registration. * Experience in clinical or acute-care settings. * Nephrology specialist. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance: to take care of your well-being and your family's.
