All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and compliance verifications across processes, products, and documentation. * Monitor and analyze quality indicators, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement. * Record, investigate, and address non-conformities, performing root cause analysis and overseeing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. * Maintain up-to-date procedures, records, and documents of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Support external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. * Validate and review work instructions, manuals, and quality-related workflows. * Prepare technical reports and management summaries with conclusions and recommendations. * Guide operational areas on adherence to standards, best practices, and quality requirements. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, FMEA, and other methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Quality, or related fields; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Prior experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Solid knowledge of interpreting and applying standards; * Experience conducting internal and customer audits; * Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto Chart, FTA, etc.); * Experience drafting and reviewing procedures, instructions, and normative documents; * Ability to analyze indicators and prepare technical reports; * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean); * Skill in guiding operational and administrative teams. **Additional Information** You’ll find the traditional benefits you already know—and we go even further: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance—available 24/7 with complete confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We recognize how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
