Job Summary: Responsible for managing strategic and highly complex projects, ensuring customer value and synergy among technical areas, business units, and senior leadership, as well as mentoring junior professionals. Also acts as mentor to more junior professionals. **Responsibilities:** Lead strategic projects with a business-oriented vision. Engage technical teams and clients to ensure high-value deliveries. Promote governance, continuous improvement practices, and portfolio perspective. Make critical decisions based on data and risks. Monitor project budgets, contracts, and SLAs. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree is a plus). Solid experience managing complex projects in data, technology, or innovation domains. Experience with both agile and traditional methodologies. **Hard Skills:** Advanced project, portfolio, and program management. Leadership in agile and hybrid environments. Tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Confluence, Notion. Business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans. **Soft Skills:** Inspirational leadership and influence. Data-driven decision making. Mentoring and talent development capability. Systemic thinking and focus on sustainable results. **Desired Certifications:** PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Advanced CSM, or MBA in Project Management. **Differentiators:** Experience in digital transformation programs. Work in environments with multiple squads and scalable frameworks (SAFe, Spotify).
