Pleasant and motivating work environment **Job Profile** \- CLT employment contract \- Compensation above the market average. \- Monthly financial bonus for conducted classes, converted trial classes, and plan upgrades. \- Studio recognized as a market reference. \- Pleasant and motivating work environment. \- Deliver individualized and personalized training sessions to our students. \- Studio with over 15 years of experience in the market. **Work Shifts** \- Morning: 6 AM to 12 PM \- Monday to Friday \+ 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8 AM to 2 PM \- Afternoon: 12 PM to 5 PM \- Monday to Friday \+ 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8 AM to 2 PM \- Evening: 5 PM to 10 PM \- Monday to Friday \+ 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8 AM to 2 PM \* Within each shift, positions are available with daily working hours of either 5 or 6 hours. \* For each working schedule, the hours are fixed Monday through Friday, with no flexibility allowed. \* Working hours must be fulfilled consecutively and cannot be split. **Compensation and Benefits** \- Fixed monthly compensation based on working hours (5-hour and 6-hour shifts). \- Monthly financial bonus for conducted classes, converted trial classes, and plan upgrades. \- Specific values will be detailed during the interview. \- Transportation allowance \- Estimated Compensation for 6-hour/day Shift: * Fixed Compensation \+ Bonus for Conducted Classes \= up to R$3108.25 * In addition to these amounts, additional earnings are possible from converted trial classes and plan upgrades, increasing the total compensation. **Locations (all in São Paulo)** \- Moema \- Paraíso \- Campo Belo \- Vila Nova Conceição **Leven Selection Process** Our recruitment and selection process is ongoing.
