




**Description:** Assemble brand-new motorcycles, following the factory's standards and technical guidelines. Perform activation and preparation services for final customer delivery. Provide basic maintenance, such as checking fluid levels, tightening loose components, adjustments, and functional testing. Carry out oil and other fluid replacements as needed or during scheduled maintenance. Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of motorcycles and the workplace environment. Assist mechanics with daily workshop routines and technical support tasks. Complete checklists and service orders, and maintain tool organization. Strictly adhere to safety regulations and internal procedures with discipline and attention. **Desired Qualifications:** **Requirements:** Completed high school education (a technical course in motorcycle mechanics or related fields is desirable). Prior experience in motorcycle maintenance or assembly will be considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of hand tools, lubricants, and good workshop practices. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proactivity and initiative to solve problems efficiently. Enthusiasm for challenges and a strong desire for continuous learning. Organizational skills and discipline in daily work activities. Leadership spirit and collaborative attitude toward the team.
