




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting daily visual inspections of facilities and equipment, monitoring hygiene and safety conditions, and implementing corrective actions. Conduct daily visual inspections of all facilities and equipment before the start and during industrial operations, covering all possible angles to detect visible residues or dirt, as well as unusual odors in facilities and equipment; 2\. Systematically inspect all possible angles of facilities and equipment to prevent irregularities, paying attention to points that could compromise the hygienic, sanitary, and technological quality of products. In case of nonconformity, corrective actions must be implemented, including completing a work order for the maintenance team (production line must be stopped until correction, depending on severity), and verifying whether the action was effective in ensuring product quality and enabling resumption of departmental activities; 3\. Monitor on-site, on a daily basis, the maintenance, organization, and hygiene conditions of changing rooms, restrooms, and sanitary barriers in the production area, using the monitoring checklist, which must be physically archived; 4\. Systematically monitor lighting conditions and luminous intensity in industrial sectors, inspection areas, and re-inspection areas; if any nonconformity occurs, notify the area supervisor and maintenance team for correction; 5\. Systematically monitor ventilation conditions in industrial sectors, observing presence of condensation, undesirable odors, vapors, frost or ice formation, as well as maintenance conditions; if any nonconformity occurs, notify the area supervisor and maintenance team for correction; 6\. Systematically monitor the maintenance and conservation conditions of the wastewater drainage system, observing leaks in sterilizers, sinks or pipes, accumulation of wastewater on floors, platforms and manipulation tables, clogged drains or gutters, condition of drains and gutters, and proper floor slope for wastewater drainage; 22\. Record all entries in the monitoring checklist; if nonconformities are identified, implement necessary corrective and preventive actions; 23\.
