Interpret technical drawings and plan schedules **Job Opening: Metalworking Supervisor** Job Description: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the metalworking team’s activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety in production processes. Plans and organizes daily tasks, monitors proper use of equipment and materials, and tracks service progress according to established projects. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the metalworkers’ team, assigning tasks and monitoring work stages * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards * Interpret technical drawings, project plans, and specifications to guide the team * Monitor material and equipment resources, requesting replenishment when necessary * Plan work schedules to meet deadlines and targets * Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs * Organize technical documentation and production reports * Resolve potential conflicts and mediate communication between the team and management * Propose improvements and innovations in production processes Requirements: * Proven experience in metalworking, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role * Technical knowledge of cutting, assembly, welding, and finishing of metal parts * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Desired Competencies: * Proactivity * Leadership mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Problem-solving and decision-making ability Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
