Job Summary: Assist in the assembly and installation of metal structures, cut materials, prepare parts for welding, and interpret technical drawings while ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare parts for welding by grinding and sanding surfaces. Interpret technical drawings and assist in reading project plans. Organize and clean the workplace, ensuring safety. Requirements: Completed elementary education. Experience in industrial or civil construction environments. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (tape measure, square). Availability to work at heights and on different shifts. Reside in the company's region. Skills: Good motor coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency in handling manual and electric tools. Proactivity and organization.
