Job Summary: Responsible for the custom fabrication and installation of metal parts and structures, including reading drawings, operating machinery, cutting, bending, welding, assembly, maintenance, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Custom fabrication and installation of metal components 2. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings 3. Operation of tools and machinery for cutting, bending, and welding * **Fabrication and Installation:** Fabricate custom metal components such as gates, grilles, and fenestration (doors, windows, etc.) using steel sheets, aluminum, and other materials. * **Reading and Interpretation of Drawings:** Understand engineering plans and technical drawings to ensure precise component fabrication. * **Operation of Tools and Machinery:** Safely and efficiently use hand tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) and machines (cutting machines, bending machines, welding machines, etc.). * **Cutting, Bending, and Welding:** Perform precise cutting, bending, and welding on metallic materials using appropriate techniques and equipment. * **Assembly and Installation:** Assemble and install metal structures, ensuring proper fastening and alignment of components. * **Maintenance and Repairs:** Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on metal structures, repairing damage and defects. * **Quality Control:** Ensure components and structures meet established quality and safety standards. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure safety and efficiency.
