Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment, basic electrical work, hydraulic repairs, and structural repairs, in compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment 2. Performs basic electrical services and simple hydraulic repairs 3. Conducts structural repairs and complies with safety standards **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, hoods, and freezers; * Respond to emergency maintenance calls that directly impact operations; * Conduct periodic inspections across units to identify and prevent potential failures; * Perform basic electrical services, including bulb and ballast replacement, lighting fixture installation, and minor electrical adjustments; * Execute simple hydraulic repairs, such as fixing traps, faucets, valves, and water systems; * Maintain physical structures, including minor masonry repairs, painting, and general repairs; * Adhere to occupational safety standards, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and appropriately; * Collaborate as part of a team to support productivity, quality, and organizational efficiency of the department. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Prior experience in maintenance (minimum preferred duration: 6 months); * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance; * Valid driver's license; * Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality and safety; * Ability to work autonomously, commensurate with level of experience. **Work Schedule: 5 days/week, from 06:00 to 15:48\.** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License Requirement: B
