Job Summary: We are seeking a Machining Center Programmer with expertise in Mitsubishi, FANUC, Siemens controls and CAM programming. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring! \*Position: Machining Center Programmer\* \*Current Working Hours:\* * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \*Important:\* Starting in \*September/25\*, we will begin a \*trial of a new work schedule:\* * Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM This adjustment is under evaluation to enhance both productivity and quality of life. \*Desired Qualifications\* Proficiency in Mitsubishi, FANUC, and Siemens controls CAM programming and machine-side programming skills Experience with Powermill and Powershape Knowledge of 4-axis machining Ability to bore H7 holes Proficiency in using measuring instruments: micrometer, caliper, and dial indicator \*Initial Compensation:\* Starting from R$ 22.00/hour (based on 220 monthly hours) Note: The final rate will be determined after a practical assessment and evaluation of compatibility with our work environment and routine. \*Current Benefits:\* * Health insurance with co-payment (after 90 days) – the company covers the employee's portion; usage incurs co-payment up to R$ 102.00 * Dependent coverage available at reduced rates, deducted from payroll * Life insurance * Breakfast for all employees * Free parking * Transportation voucher (with 6% payroll deduction) * Attendance bonus: R$ 27.00 per day actually worked, paid via meal card (see rules at end of message) \*New Benefit in September/25:\* During this month, management will fully cover on-site meals for all employees as a trial phase.
