Job Summary: Responsible for solid waste sorting and classification, forklift operation, workplace organization, and ensuring process safety and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace organization and hygiene **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manually sort and classify solid waste (paper, plastic, glass, metal, organics, etc.), and properly package and prepare each type for final disposition; ☐ Identify and classify recyclable materials according to internal standards; ☐ Remove contaminants or unsuitable materials from the recycling process; ☐ Operate forklifts and simple equipment as required; ☐ Organize sorted materials into containers, bags, or designated areas; ☐ Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace in accordance with company standards, as well as all equipment used in the processes; ☐ Comply with Occupational Safety regulations and correctly use all required PPE; ☐ Assist in material loading and unloading; ☐ Report any irregularities and/or difficulties in the process to the immediate supervisor; ☐ Conduct periodic inspections across the entire production area, independently guiding, monitoring, and identifying non-conformities related to material organization and placement, ensuring immediate correction in line with internal standards; ☐ Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement; ☐ Report daily received volume and OLUC volume removed from filters to the immediate supervisor via completion of a specific form, enabling proper disposition of each received material type; ☐ Perform all activities in compliance with current procedures, observing and adhering to all company Occupational Safety and Environmental regulations; ☐ Perform other tasks related to the above or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; NR11 Forklift Operator certification (mandatory requirement).
