If you are a responsible, committed professional seeking to work for a serious, well-structured company guided by best practices, this could be an excellent career opportunity. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in swimming pool maintenance; * Experience in building janitorial services; * Committed, responsible, and dedicated; * Good interpersonal skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and upkeep of internal and external common areas; * Minor hydraulic, electrical, and civil repairs; * Supervision of third-party service providers; * Management of cleaning supplies; * Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance (brushing, vacuuming, debris removal); * Water treatment (pH control, chlorine application, and other chemicals); * Inspection of filtration systems and pump operation. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** **Salary**: R$2\.821,34 (R$2\.351,12 \+ R$470,22 for additional responsibilities) \- CLT **Benefits**: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, food basket, attendance bonus, and life insurance **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday) **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday **Work Mode:** On-site **Location**: Vila Dom Pedro II, São Paulo Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
