Job Summary:
Opportunity to work in the finance department, providing support in various administrative and operational activities, such as data entry and document organization.

**Summary of Finance Department Responsibilities:**
Supporting data entry into financial systems and spreadsheets;
Organizing and digitizing accounting and tax documents;
Assisting with verification of invoices and payment receipts;
Supporting management of accounts payable and receivable;
Providing internal support to clarify basic questions about financial processes;
Assisting with bank reconciliation and archiving of bank statements;
**Working Hours (after training period):**
* 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (6 hours per day)
**Apprenticeship Journey Stages:**
1\. Initial Training at the Institute (10 days):
o 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday
2\. After initial training:
o 6 hours/day, consisting of:
* 4 days at the company
* 1 day at the Institute (theory)
3\. Contract termination phase:
o Final 5 days: 4 hours/day of theory at the Institute
**Salary: R$ 1.242,00/month**
(Deductions applied according to selected benefits)
