Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, restocking, cleaning, and organizing the F&V section, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring product quality and freshness Responsible for customer service in the F&V (fruits, vegetables, and greens) section, restocking the store’s fruit, vegetable, and greens counters, as well as cleaning, organizing, and presenting the section—contributing to food quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct customer service, including cutting, weighing, and delivering goods, adhering to company procedures; * Restock merchandise in the sales area, ensuring strict compliance with the company’s operational quality standards and guaranteeing that the full product mix (variety) is available to customers; * Remove merchandise from the sales area when presentation falls below ideal quality or when products exceed the standard expiration date, following established exchange and disposal procedures; * Ensure all items are clearly and accurately priced in the sales area, always facilitating customer understanding; * Maintain/clean tools and equipment in the section according to health surveillance requirements, as well as clean the sales and storage areas, keeping them clean and organized; * Monitor and record temperatures of refrigerated and frozen display cases, following the company’s established procedure; * Assist in receiving section merchandise as needed, respecting merchandise receipt and storage regulations; * Prepare the section for store opening and closing—including restocking, pricing, product presentation, and storage—to ensure high-quality presentation while maintaining compliance with all norms and procedures; Clean the F&V food handling area following the section’s designated cleaning standards; Adhere to operational cutting standards and good hygiene and food handling practices; Handle and display products in the sales area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) is considered a plus; **Additional Information** **Work Location:** 100% on-site position **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Multi-Benefits Card * Commuter Pass * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive wholesale pricing discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores * Maternity Kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths for each employee.
