We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **EXTRACTION (CRUSHING MILL)** team in **IPAUSSU/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Unloading sugarcane onto conveyors, cleaning and organizing the feeding table, mill stands and settling tanks, turbine oil filters, water filters, painting in the area, replacing knives and hammers; * Assisting in mill maintenance during shutdowns, using sledgehammers when necessary, cleaning with water hoses; * Cleaning parts with grease and oil; * General painting on equipment; * Handling oxy\-cutting tools, grinders, sledgehammers, transporting parts with wheelbarrows, disassembling, cleaning, maintaining, assembling and disassembling extraction equipment; * Performing equipment maintenance during harvest and off\-season periods; **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary education; * Availability to work in shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Reside in the Ipaussu/SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completing this form and providing additional data if required. * HR interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about the daily activities and challenges.
