Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support continuous process improvement and operational performance, participating in projects and developing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. We strive to provide the best work environment for our employees; therefore, we are looking for energetic professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something greater. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in projects as a team member, aiming at continuous process improvement (Kaizen). * Support the operational performance of plant production areas by identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in specifying and verifying the proper use of equipment, materials, and labor to optimize production methods. * Assist in acquiring new equipment, machines, instruments, devices, and tools, as well as in adjusting workforce requirements. * Participate in developing new products and processes, anticipating potential failures in the production process and suggesting modifications to enhance outcomes. * Support the development of area-related documents such as Standardized Work and Process Flowcharts, using them as a basis for decision-making. * Analyze and evaluate manufacturing projects and bills of materials, ensuring product specifications and equipment quality. * Collaborate with Product Engineering in analyzing and resolving issues related to design and material specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of production processes, mechanical drawing reading and interpretation, electrical project reading and interpretation, and technical drawing preparation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * CAD software knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Allowance * Chartered Transportation * On-site Meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Medical Assistance * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
