Job Summary: A professional responsible for catering services, organization, cleaning, snack preparation, and assistance to employees and visitors, in compliance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Catering service and assistance to employees and visitors. 2. Organization and cleaning of environments and equipment. 3. Preparation of quick snacks and inventory control of supplies. Main Duties and Responsibilities * **Catering Service:** Prepare and serve coffee, teas, juices, water, and snacks to employees and visitors. * **Organization:** Arrange tables and trays, setting plates and utensils as needed. * **Cleaning:** Clean and organize the pantry, kitchen, tables, countertops, and equipment (coffee machines, microwaves). * **Food Service:** Prepare quick snacks and, in specific cases, assist with food pre-preparation. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor supply levels (coffee, sugar, cups, disposables) and request restocking. * **Customer Service:** Greet people politely and courteously. * **Regulations:** Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and, where applicable, hospital asepsis standards.
