TENDA CONSTRUCTION TALENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM We seek curious, engaged, and highly proactive individuals who drive results. Day-to-day work at the construction site will require our intern to demonstrate a sense of urgency, planning skills, discipline, and quick decision-making. Therefore, creativity, strong adherence to processes, commitment, flexibility, and focus on continuous improvement are key competencies we seek and value. Responsibilities and Duties Learn and develop expertise in infrastructure, structural systems, finishing works, and project delivery; Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with established standards, especially those related to employee safety; Read and interpret technical project information; Complete virtual and in-person training programs on Tenda’s corporate business areas; Support critical analysis for logistics planning in AutoCAD; Assist with quantity surveys and photographic reporting, as well as internal audit matters; Implement continuous improvement actions; Explore market-driven logistics innovations. Requirements and Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program from the 4th semester onward, or in Architecture and Urban Planning from the 6th semester onward. Available for a contract duration of 12 to 24 months; Available to work 30 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday through Saturday; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
