About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing items, processing payments, performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and submitting daily transaction reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting the product code table, checking product labels, verifying weight on the scale and system correspondence; collecting payments—when accepting checks, confirming prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; when accepting cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accountability; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting such omissions to the Supervisor for follow-up; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishable items; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking, checkout counter restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
