Autonomy and responsibility in problem-solving ### **Building Maintenance Supervisor** Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and maintenance of Mi Garba! units, guaranteeing that all spaces are in perfect condition for use, safety, and aesthetics, in accordance with the brand’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in stores (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting); * Carry out minor renovations and structural repairs on walls, floors, doors, furniture, and equipment; * Maintain and clean air conditioning systems, suction pumps, and grease traps; * Install equipment and furnishings (brackets, shelves, lighting fixtures, etc.); * Support assembly and disassembly during renovations or internal events; * Perform furniture restoration and preservation, including minor finishing touches; * Replace flooring and correct cladding as needed; * Manage and safeguard materials, tools, and equipment under your responsibility; * Assist in budget and maintenance schedule management, reporting information to management; * Comply with and promote occupational safety best practices during all activities; * Issue service reports and suggest continuous improvements. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in building, electrical, and plumbing maintenance; * Knowledge of carpentry, painting, masonry, and minor structural repairs; * **Technical or vocational training in building, electrical, or mechanical maintenance (preferred);** * **Driver's license, Category B (preferred);** * **Willingness to travel between Mi Garba! locations.** **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and sense of priority; * Autonomy and responsibility; * Agility in problem-solving; * Attention to detail and care for company assets; * Clear communication and collaborative attitude; * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **Benefits** Salary: R$3.500,00 * Meal or Food Allowance: R$700.00/month (average), * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (R$375.00\), * Unimed Health and Dental Plan, * Gympass, * Conexa Saúde (Psychologist and Nutritionist), * Movie tickets during birthday month, * Internal Career Development Program and growth opportunities.
