* Unload raw materials; * Receive production orders (OP) from the PCP department, complete them, and initiate the blend demand by separating the necessary inputs for bulk oil blending; * Perform product release checklists; * Weigh and portion inputs; * Open tank valves to direct oil into the mixer; * Deposit blending materials into the tank; * Collect a sample of bulk oil and deliver it to the laboratory for analysis along with the production order; * Release approved bulk oil into the surge tank; * Open and close production orders (OPs) for MIV raw material; * Cut and portion polymer for MIV preparation.
