Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record bill adjustments in the system according to company instructions; * Provide support in scheduling teams assigned to customer-related activities; * Open service orders upon customer request and forward them to field teams; * Assist in preparing reports on revenue collection, billing, or inspection services for management review; * Report meter readings in cases of anomalies, following internal procedures and average consumption patterns; * Monitor billed volume versus customer meter readings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to cultivate an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
