THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process shall consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Administrative Assistant I
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift details will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Provides customer service to individuals seeking SEST and SENAT services; registers clients and records information in systems; drafts, organizes, and controls documents; collects payments related to commercialized products; and performs other administrative tasks.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed High School.
Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Professional experience in administrative activities and public-facing customer service.
**VERIFICATION:** Supporting documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services performed, and detailed description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, clearly linking the role to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
