Possibility of permanent hiring upon contract completion JOB: Apprentice Youth – Administrative Activities Location: Marabá \- PA, Pará Workload: 4 hours per day (as per legislation) About the job: We are looking for an Apprentice Youth to work in our company's commercial department, supporting administrative routines and contributing to the development of our commercial activities. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to begin their professional career and gain experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities: * Support in organizing commercial documents and files * Telephone customer service and support * Data entry into internal systems * Assistance in preparing reports and spreadsheets * Support in administrative activities related to the commercial department Mandatory Requirements (per the Apprenticeship Law): * Be aged between 14 and 24 years * Be enrolled in and regularly attending elementary or high school (or have already completed high school) * Not have previously served as an Apprentice Youth at the same company * Be available to comply with the stipulated working hours and attend the apprenticeship course at a partner institution Preferred Qualifications: * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) * Good communication skills and proactivity We Offer: * Formal apprenticeship contract with registered employment record * Salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * Apprenticeship course at a certified institution * Possibility of permanent hiring upon contract completion Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
