Job Summary: Assist with account reconciliation services, purchase order creation, spreadsheet data entry, and document organization, providing support to the accounting and tax departments. Development within an administrative and accounting support environment * Assists with account reconciliation and purchase order creation in the system; \- Populates control spreadsheets; \- Organizes and files documents; \- Performs various administrative controls; \- Supports the Accounting and Tax departments. Location: Itaim Bibi, São Paulo \- SP Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Education: Enrolled in Accounting Sciences (from the 2nd semester onward) ??Basic Requirements: \- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); \- Financial Mathematics; \- Tax incidence calculations; \- Tax rates and levies on products and freight related to product movement. ?Preferred Qualifications (non-eliminatory): \- Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation is desirable; \- Knowledge of tax incidence on goods and commercial-sector product pricing; \- Experience with ERP systems such as Protheus; \- Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting, preferably in medium- or large-sized companies.
