**Front-of-House Attendant – Lucca Cafés Especiais** We are seeking individuals passionate about customer service who wish to join a team dedicated to delivering a unique experience to our customers. * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently. * Introduce our establishment and deliver the “Lucca Cafés Especiais” experience. * Explain and recommend specialty coffees and other products. * Take orders, serve tables, and ensure the dining area remains organized. * Keep your station tidy, handling materials and cleaning tables. * Maintain a pleasant environment and provide impeccable service. **What we expect from you** * Customer service experience (preferably in food & beverage). * Experience with specialty coffee is a plus. * Tray-handling skills are desirable. * Excellent communication skills and fluency in Portuguese. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Punctuality and responsibility regarding scheduled hours. * Teamwork. **Schedule and rotation** * **5x2 rotation – 44 weekly hours** * **One Sunday off per month** * Schedule to be defined during the interview * Two consecutive days off per week **Salary and benefits** * **Starting gross salary:** R$1900 (comprising hourly wage of R$8.30 + variable component) * **Average gross salary after gaining experience:** R$2.300 (comprising fixed + variable components) * **Average gross salary after one year:** R$3100 (comprising fixed + variable components) * **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher (VT) * Meal allowance: R$20 per day (approximately R$455 per month) * Food allowance: R$145 per month * Gympass * UNIMED health plan (after 6 months) * Career development plan * Company-paid **Lucca Lab** courses + salary increase upon course completion Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
