We are looking for a professional to conduct telesales of digital certificates, delivering consultative service and guiding customers throughout the entire purchasing process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive and reactive customer service and prospecting * Sell digital certificates via multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, chat, and video call) * Present products, highlighting benefits, timelines, and requirements * Request and verify customer documentation * Forward processes to responsible departments * Record customer interactions and sales in the system (CRM) * Accompany customers until purchase completion * Manage customer portfolio * Monitor sales performance and meet established targets **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Commercial mindset and negotiation ability * Proficiency with technology and digital channels * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and results orientation * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus **Job Details:** * Location: Av.
