We are seeking an **Assistant Manager** with a hands-on profile to lead this intensive, high-performance project. **Project Highlights:** * Fixed-term contract (**90 days**). * Dynamic multi-brand environment with high inventory turnover. * Strong focus on achieving targets and VIP customer retention. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Ensure harmony and focus on collective and individual results. * **Right Hand to Store Management:** Support execution of the action plan to achieve seasonal targets. * **Operational Excellence:** Maintain pop-up infrastructure, administrative organization, and strict inventory control. * **Customer Relationship:** Focus on building a loyal customer base to sustain consistent sales flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Lead Sales Associate (Fashion Retail). * Proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. * Completed High School education (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive package: Base salary \+ Commission * Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Voucher (VR) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent, Temporary Contract Duration: 90 days Salary: R$2\.200,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
