Opportunity for career development **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide support to internal users (on-site and remote), install, configure, and update computers, software, and devices; perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; assist in organizing, controlling, and logging service requests; support network, server, and backup infrastructure routines; monitor the IT environment to ensure stability and proper operation; contribute to continuous improvement of internal technology processes. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing higher education (technical course in Information Technology or related fields). Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems; ability to quickly learn new tools. Attention to detail and quality standards.
