We currently have an opening for a Vision Care Sales Representative in Belo Horizonte - MG. **Job Mission** Serve as a Vision Care Sales Representative for Contact Lenses / Multipurpose Solutions & Ophthalmic Drops for contact lens care, aiming for continuous category development, sustained sales growth, and increased market share. The approach must be consultative selling, providing resources enabling Medical / Optical Retail / E-Commerce channel customers to understand and commit to the best practices for developing lenses & solutions categories—through regular (in-person or virtual) visits and ongoing technical & commercial support. The Vision Care Sales Representative must remain vigilant for new opportunities—whether within their own customer portfolio, reactivating inactive customers, gaining ground from competitors, or even developing new sales channels. **Key Responsibilities** Implement consultative selling in accordance with "The B+L Way Sales Excellence Program", beginning with the six steps of the sales visit (planning, preparation, verification, consultative approach, execution, and closing). Cover the customer portfolio via in-person or virtual visits according to respective classification: Customers A = 90%, Customers B = 80%, Customers C = 50%. Collect sufficient internal and external data to accurately forecast monthly sales for the customer portfolio. Conduct product technical training and ensure commercial support for customers. Ensure appropriate distribution and implementation of promotional/technical materials and samples, aligned with each customer’s potential and/or actual sales volume. Within the Vision Care segment, monitor pricing positioning, product mix, brand representation, and the impact of consumer communication campaigns on customers. Ensure accurate registration of portfolio customers in the Customer Portfolio Management System (Salesforce). Train and support portfolio customers to place orders directly via the "Order Portal" tool. Adhere to Commercial Policies approved for each period, as well as all other Company Policies and Compliance requirements. **Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with commercial management systems, CRM, account management, etc. Prior experience in the Vision Care segment or pharmaceutical commercial sector is desirable.
