Present the menu and assist customers in making decisions. Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other delicacies. Keep the work area clean and tidy. Process payments and operate the cash register. Ensure ingredients and products are always adequately stocked. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Build positive relationships with customers and appropriately resolve any issues or complaints. Assist in cleaning and maintaining the premises.
