Control access for visitors, suppliers, and employees. Register and manage permanent and visiting vehicles. Receive, register, and forward goods and packages to the respective departments. Handle postal shipments. Support administrative routines, organize documents, and prepare simple records. Prepare budgets for internal events and support corporate initiatives promoted by the company. Enter products, services, orders, and invoices into the system. Maintain internal control spreadsheets.
