Description: What we need for our perfect match: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related areas; * Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing ICT (Information and Communication Technology) projects and programs; * Proven experience coordinating ICT projects, including managing multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in planning, development, execution, monitoring, and accountability for large-scale projects; * Solid knowledge of PMBOK best practices and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); * Experience drafting technical proposals and project documents, such as work plans, terms of reference, and budgets; * Involvement in ICT business opportunity prospecting and structuring, including client and strategic partner relationship management; * Experience negotiating and formalizing technology contracts or partnerships; * Analytical capability to identify strategic opportunities and make data- and indicator-driven (KPIs) decisions; * Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Planner, SharePoint); * Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English. Desirable Requirements: * Certifications in project management and agile methods (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Lean, CBPP); * Experience analyzing technological trends and applying innovation to ICT projects; * Knowledge of business modeling (Business Model Canvas), OKR, and process-based management (BPM); * Familiarity with design thinking, lean inception, and lean startup; * Understanding of public ICT procurement processes, per IN SGD/ME No. 94/2022 and Law No. 14\.133/2021; * Experience with social organizations and budgetary management; * Spanish.
