Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES — INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as a Professor I A are:** * Deliver live online classes with sound pedagogy, organization, and focus on student experience; * Appropriately use institutional teaching materials and encourage the use of subject-related bibliographic references, fostering critical and reflective learning; * Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the course syllabus and pedagogical objectives; * Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and fulfill requests from the course coordination; * Record attendance, topics taught, assessments, and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA), within defined deadlines; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional initiatives when required; * Uphold academic quality, professional ethics, and positive relationships with students, coordinators, and the institutional team; * Use institutional digital tools efficiently, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Qualification: **SPECIALIZATION;** * Mandatory Bachelor’s degree/Specialization: **IN UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS IN THE TECHNOLOGY FIELD**; * Knowledge and/or experience in **data analysis and related topics;** * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility**;** * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and ease of use with digital educational tools; * Availability to work during evening hours, according to contracted workload; * Adequate remote-work infrastructure (stable internet connection, computer, and suitable environment for online classes). * It is mandatory that candidates maintain an updated Lattes CV; this is one of the elimination criteria. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience with hybrid or distance education (EAD); * Stricto sensu postgraduate degree; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies and collaborative learning; **Note:** Remote modality \| Class schedule: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM and/or 6:30 PM–11:30 PM (Brasília time) \| Workload: 16 hours per week \| Availability to teach 4 days per week. **Additional information** We believe in the excellence of our teaching and, therefore, value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
