PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Description

Assist in grain treatment, cleaning, loading, and unloading procedures, as well as other activities related to maintaining the production process, performing less complex tasks associated with grain classification, aiming to continuously improve sector productivity and efficiency. **Responsibilities and duties** Unload grains using a tipper and clean trucks; Receive corn upon arrival for classification using appropriate tools; Open and close warehouse discharge spouts; Clean elevator tunnels and pits; Remove impurities from pre\-cleaning; Perform aerial loading of DDGS and corn; Clean the machine room and truck scales; Receive and inspect biomass and corn trucks; receive and verify documents related to biomass loads; measure trucks; classify biomass, grains, and various products; Participate in inventory and other operational areas; Clean, and perform other activities inherent to the department; Perform job-related activities in full compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for carrying out job and departmental tasks. Responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out activities in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company assets under one's responsibility and promptly report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education.
