We are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN to join our efforts. What are the challenges of this opportunity? * Monitoring safety indicators; implementing procedures; preparing and tracking legal documents (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, PAE, LIP); and participating in meetings with regulatory agencies; * Conducting on-site inspections at TBMs, peripherals, and work fronts, ensuring compliance with safety standards before execution of critical activities; * Evaluating JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses), conducting environmental measurements (gases, ventilation, temperature), authorizing PTs (Permit-to-Work), reviewing OS (Service Orders), and verifying safety conditions prior to activity execution; * Assessing and improving workstations; issuing and signing the PET (Technical Evaluation Report); controlling, inspecting, and updating records of PPE usage and maintenance; * Onboarding new employees; conducting daily safety talks (DDS); holding alignment meetings with teams; recording actions in the system; and providing first aid in case of accidents. In addition, what else do you need? ● Proactivity, communication skills, and attention to detail. And what are the differentiators and requirements to apply? ● Completed technical education in Occupational Health and Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor (DRT); ● Proven experience in civil construction and/or industrial environments, preferably in field activities and high-risk operations; ● Proficiency in eSocial, including Occupational Health and Safety (SST) events; ● Mandatory practical experience in Confined Spaces — NR 33, including completion of the 40-hour Confined Space Supervisor course; ● Solid knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) related to Occupational Safety and Health; ● Technical ability to identify, analyze, and assess risks, with focus on prevention and control; ● Ability to operate, monitor, and interpret gas detection, ventilation, and environmental monitoring equipment; ● Knowledge and competence in administering first aid, with immediate response capability in emergency situations.
