Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to develop large-scale metal structure and scenic element projects, transforming concepts into executable designs. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an organized, analytical, and creative professional. We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to work on the development of large-scale metal structure and scenic element projects. The professional will be responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into technically feasible projects, considering safety, manufacturing, assembly, transportation, and material optimization. Main Responsibilities: * Develop mechanical and structural projects using 2D and 3D CAD * Prepare technical drawings and fabrication/assembly details * Size structural elements considering strength, stability, and constructability * Develop metal structures for scenography, decoration, and events * Design modular and disassemblable structures considering field transportation and assembly * Prepare material lists and quantity takeoffs for production and procurement * Perform project analyses and validations * Develop assembly documentation and technical instructions * Seek solutions to reduce costs and improve material utilization Required Qualifications: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Experience in metal structure projects * Proficiency in 3D modeling, parts, assemblies, and technical detailing * Experience with welded structures * Knowledge of 3D CAD software * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of material quantity surveying Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in scenography, large-scale events, or decoration * Knowledge of disassemblable or modular structures * Experience with laser cutting, bending, rolling, machining, or CNC processes * Knowledge of structural simulation * Industrial environment experience * Product development experience * Knowledge of materials such as fiberglass, EPS, and ACM We seek an organized, analytical, and creative professional capable of developing viable technical solutions and collaborating closely with production and assembly teams.
